Above five Problem Statements I chose the  first problem statement for my Capstone UI/UX Project. Here my Analyses is:

  My Research plan is:

There are two types of research we have

         1.secondary research

         2.primary research

we will discuss one by one

         1.Secondary research:

Secondary research comes in several formats, such as published datasets, reports, and survey responses, and can also be sourced from websites, libraries, and museums.

         2.primary research :

Primary research is data which is obtained first-hand. This means that the researcher conducts the research themselves or commissions the data to be collected on their behalf. Primary research means going directly to the source, rather than relying on pre-existing data samples.

In primary research we have two types of research:

          1.Qualitative  research:

Qualitative method is used to understand people's beliefs, experiences, attitudes, in-depth interviews, behavior, and interactions. It generates non-numerical data. The integration of qualitative research into intervention studies is a research strategy that is gaining increased attention across disciplines.

          2.Quantitative research:

Quantitative user research is the process of collecting and analyzing objective, numerical data from various types of user testing. Quantitative research utilizes large sample numbers to produce bias-free, measurable data about a user population.

By  using above data to do affinity mapping, create persona and do empathy mapping.
